With over 15 years in residential construction, the founder of Magana's Development Services has worked on everything from foundation pours to custom finish carpentry. He started in the trade as a laborer, moved into framing, and eventually earned his general contractor license through the California Contractors State License Board.
He is on the job site daily, not behind a desk. He knows every trade, every phase, and every challenge that can come up during a build, because he has done the work himself. That hands-on experience is what allows him to manage projects efficiently and catch problems before they become expensive mistakes.
